Current conduction¶
CURRENT_CONDUCTION solves the static current density that electrode potentials drive through the conductors. See Conditions and physics for how conditions attach and where they land.

FixedPotential¶
Physics CURRENT_CONDUCTION · Target boundary · Section Boundary Condition · Kind fixed_potential · API FixedPotential
A fixed electric potential on an electrode, one end of a phase's terminal pair.

V | Electric potential imposed on the electrode boundary; the keyword is the solver variable's name (Elmer Dirichlet semantics), single-sourced via the enum. | Potential |

Writes: The electrode potential plus the Save Scalars flag that makes SaveScalars integrate the electrode current.
A phase needs two electrodes at different potentials. The run integrates the current through each electrode: Run.electrode_currents reads it per electrode and Run.phase_currents per phase. See Results.
